As for the TSA lock, only on-duty TSA agents have the specialized tool/key to open it with the keyhole. However, you'll be opening it with a combination code. Here's how it works:

2. Press down the reset button with a paper clip or bobby pin until you hear the "Click" sound.
3. Set your combination by turning the dials, for example, 8-8-8.
4. Then push the button towards the direction of the arrow and the reset button until you hear the "Click" sound.

Now your personal combination code is set. Make sure to write down the code, as you cannot open or reset the lock without it.
